7 VIP Program

zc288's VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the Member's activity and contribution on the platform. zc288 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

8 Limitation of Liability

zc288's liability is limited or excluded in the following areas:

• Losses caused by technical faults, server issues or internet connection disruptions.
• Transaction delays or failures due to issues with third-party payment providers' systems.
• Any losses caused by problems with the Member's own device or internet connection.
• Any losses resulting from the Member's own negligence or breach of these Terms.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the zc288 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics and other materials — is the intellectual property of zc288.

• Copying, distributing or publishing any content from the platform without the express written permission of zc288 is prohibited.
• The platform's brand name or logo may not be used for commercial purposes.
